I have been reading Gabrielle Bernstein’s May Cause Miracles. This week’s focus is self-love. With that my approach to breakfast was a question, “How does someone eat who loves themselves?” With that in mind I sought out to make a healing nutritious meal. I made sure I covered my bases: fats, carbs, and protein, fermented foods and healing bone broths. This is something I really would typically eat. It was simple and yummy. Plus the happiness mug with my broth was really encouraging to start the day out inspired. Start the day by eating real healing foods!
- Grass-fed Ghee
- Bone Broth
- 1/2 Grapefruit
To Make: Put a little ghee in a skillet on medium heat. Chop a little onion, pepper, garlic, and mushroom. Saute in the pan for a little bit. Add eggs. Cook until they’re done and before they turn brown. Cut grapefruit and kiwi slices. Heat bone broth. Eat and enjoy.
