Again like last week we see that the oceans provide a plethora of nutritious foods. Their vastness provides a variety of wildlife. Today we will check out the squid which you will often see as calamari. I personally also enjoy baby squids (growing up this would seem like a hell know, now my growth is obvious). Here are some of the nutrients you can find in squid:

Now frying is a popular way to fix calamari, I would try out some coconut oil or pork rind coating and frying it in some coconut oil instead!
