I subscribe to Gabrielle Bernstein and one day this popped up on my news feed. I had heard about The Tapping Solution prior too, but this made me more interested. Naturally tapping kept reappearing in my life. It seemed to pop up all the time. So what is Tapping? You may also see Emotional Freedom Technique. It has been  used for centuries. Think of it as acupuncture minus the needles. Yep just some finger tapping here. The research is based on your electromagnetic energy. Basically Tapping encourages you to bust through emotional blocks to restore balance to yourself. This means health and healing. Tapping can promote:

  • Remove negative emotions
  • Decrease Food Cravings
  • Decrease Stress
  • Decrease or eliminate pain
  • Implement positive goals

Its an interesting concept. It’s one of those things, why not? It doesn’t hurt you to do a little tapping on your head. The only risk you’re taking is emotional freedom and stress management. Check out Nick Ortner, his book is The Tapping Solution.
