Bonus post! My Dad has been raving to everyone about The Secret, so today we have gathered with Dr. Tank to view the movie. He was so kind to bring over lunch. Green Cake! I know what you’re thinking, but don’t knock it before you try it. My mother claimed it was great, and anyone who knows her knows she is a wee (a lot) bit picky. It was filling, spicy, and all around interesting. Here we served it with some cole slaw and pesto. Here are the basic ingredients but feel free to experiment with your own seasoning profiles.
- 1/2 bag Kale
- 1/2 bag Mustard Greens
- 3 diced peppers: green, yellow, red
- Diced Onion
- 8 Tbsp Almond Flour
- 8 Tbsp Hazelnut Flour (or more almond flour)
- 8 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 8 tsp Chia Seed Mill
- 2 scoops Protein Powder
- 8 eggs
- Salt, pepper, garlic, red chilis
To Make: combine and mix all ingredients. Pour into a round cake pan. Bake for about 30 minutes. Enjoy and thank you Doctor Tank!
