Recipe #29: Bacon Egg Rolls

Bacon really is the best. This morning I sought to dress up my eggs. I found some hard-boiled eggs in the frig and put a little twist on them.

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • salt
  • 4-8 slices of bacon

To Make: Poke a small hole in eggs (I use a needle). Boil water in a saucepan. Place eggs in water. Let boil for 6 minutes. To test if eggs are done, spin. If they’re not going all over the place, you’re set to go. Cool with cold water. Peel, sprinkle with salt and wrap in bacon (either 1-2 slices depending on egg size). Bam Bacon eggs rolls, a tasty breakfast treat!
