Recipe #28: The Best Cucumbers

This is my dear grandma Dreher’s recipe. She made it for me after the cucumbers somehow missed the vegetable tray. I adore them!

  • Cucumber
  • Sliced red onions
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (Olio Beato)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 packet Stevia

To Make: Slice cucumbers and onion. Mix all other components. Fold in cucumber and onions. Refrigerate. Note: I like these best the next day.
