Recipe #18: Caramel Candies

SAMSUNGLast experimental treat of the week. This was my attempted dessert to take to Christmas with my friends. My mother enjoyed melting them down and serving them with apples to my nephews, however.

  • 1/2 cup maple
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup almond butter

To Make: Stir maple, butter and milk in a saucepan until it is a nice goldeny color. Remove from the fire, add in almond butter and let sit for 10 minutes. Dish onto parchment. Freeze, cut and enjoy!
