Cauliflower makes my favorite pizza crust hands-down. I’ve tried almond flour, coconut flour, zucchini, spinach, eggplant, eggs and more, but the cauliflower wins outright each time. Another plus is how easy it is: 1 1/2 cup cauliflower rice, 3 egg whites, and 1/2 cup shredded cheese with Italian seasoning.

To Make: Prepare crust, bake at 415 until golden brown. Layer with toppings. Note this picture looks kind of gross and not pretty, ideally I’d use another cheese. I feel like a brie or something else would fit the gourmet feel of this pizza. Meat I feel as if lamb would be appropriate here. Season with rosemary sprigs. Perfect upgrade from your Pizza Hut pepperoni pizza. Play around and make it your own!
