Bacon truffles really? Hell yes! Bacon makes everything better, so why not pair it with the king of indulgence: chocolate.
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 pieces bacon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- vanilla, cinnamon, salt
- chocolate (again I used the ganache recipe)
To Make: Mix butter, flour, honey, oil, and a bit of vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Fold in bacon pieces. Roll into balls (I got 7) and pop in the freezer for a bit. I used the same old ganache recipe, melted it, rolled the balls in it and put them back in the freezer for a bit. Bam, bacon truffles!
