Recipe #7: Snickerdoodles

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

To Make: mix almond flour, sea salt, and baking soda in a bowl. In another bowl mix oil, honey and vanilla. Blend the two bowls together. Roll dough balls in coconut crystals and cinnamon. Bake at 350. Spoiler: more of this recipe coming soon.
