Recipe #6: Gingerbread Cookies

Note to self: get molasses to make REAL gingerbread cookies, even though these (whatever they truly are) were delicious all the same.


  • 3/4 cup maple
  • 3 tbsp raw butter or ghee
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

To Make: Heat maple, butter and milk together. Mix all the other ingredients together in a bowl. Remove sauce pan from the stove and blend with the dry ingredients. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before rolling out to cut and bake at 350.
