Recipe #5: Raspberry Chocolates

Bonus Day two recipes! I started to make chocolate cups, but that was boring so I spiced a few up with some raspberries and then I said, ‘hey it’s the holidays let’s make the rest of these peppermint.’ What do you know now in a few minutes time I had Raspberry Chocolate Bites and Chocolate Peppermints.

Raspberry Chocolate Bites

  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 4 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla

To Make: melt butter and stir with honey. Add in the remaining two ingredients. Pour into mini muffin tins or chocolate molds. Pop a raspberry on top, freeze until set up. Serve.

Chocolate Peppermints

  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 4 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp peppermint

To Make: same rules as above.
