Mission Nourish: Day 9


This is how I would really eat. It is one of my favorites that I have eaten the past week. Eggs cooked in a bone broth topped with fermented salsa. Improvised stir fry vegetable mix tossed in a little tallow and coconut oil. Got my bases covered: broth for digestion, fermented for flora, fat for everything and eggs for protein and more.
