Mission Nourish: Day 8

Fermented Apples:

  • thinly sliced organic apple
  • 2 tbsp whey (I got mine from the Swiss Connection)
  • 1 tbsp sea salt

To make: Toss apples in salt before packing in a mason jar. Cover with whey and add water. Seal and let set for 3 days. Eat!
