Mission Nourish: Day 3


I’ve been staying with my friend Tabitha and she lives spaghetti. I thus introduced her to spaghetti squash. Brittany’s Spaghetti Spaghetti squash Ground venison/ liver Diced or crushed tomatoes Diced mushrooms To make: cut squash in half, cover with water and boil. Meanwhile brown meat. Add tomatoes and mushrooms. Allow to summer until the squash is done. After boiling the insides of the squash should just peel it like noodles with a fork. Toss it together and season with sea salt. I’m master at transforming traditional recipes into something healthier. If you miss noodles this is definitely worth trying, it was pretty much yummy.
