Add tomatoes and mushrooms. Allow to summer until the squash is done. After boiling the insides of the squash should just peel it like noodles with a fork. Toss it together and season with sea salt. I’m master at transforming traditional recipes into something healthier. If you miss noodles this is definitely worth trying, it was pretty much yummy.
