Cinnamon Rolls

 

Cinnamon Rolls

  • 3 cups + 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • More honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Chopped nuts

To Make: mix flour, salt and baking soda. In another bowl blend honey, ghee, and eggs. Combine the two batters. Knead the dough and roll out on the counter (use a dusting of flour to keep from sticking. Drizzle honey over the top and spread out. Sprinkle cinnamon and nuts on top. Roll, slice 2 inches thick, and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Let cool and for the topping I used the ProDessert Protein pudding, adding extra water to make it runny. Serve!
