WOW 1: April 6

Workout with us at home! Little change of schedule today. Because we are updating our site, on Friday’s we will post the Workout of the Week (WOW) in the Video section, but since today is our first one I wanted to post it to the blog first so more would see it. Here is this weeks routine:

1st Set

  • 10 Curtsey Lunges (each side)
  • 5 C &R Press-outs (4 second count)
  • 5 Windmills (4 second count up)

2nd Set

  • 8 Curtsey Lunges (each side)
  • 4 C &R Press-outs (6 second count)
  • 4 Windmills (6 second count up)

3rd Set

  • 5 Curtsey Lunges (each side)
  • 3 C &R Press-outs (8 second count)
  • 3 Windmills (8 second count up)

Finish with swings or a lunge/swing combo. Enjoy and have a safe and happy holiday weekend!

    Tried Boot Camp for the 1st time yesterday. Pretty intense workout…quick like Kettlebells, works parts you’ve forgotten about. Good thing I’d been doing kettlebells or I’d never been able to get out of bed this morning. I enjoyed finding muscles that said ‘hello’, remember me? Guess I’ve found a new area of exercise to enjoy!
