Watch “Blindfolded Kettlebell Windmills” on YouTube

Windmills have always been one of my favorite moves, but in order to change things up a bit, Brennan is doing blindfolded ones. A true test of perception and equilibrium, this should be done once you are thoroughly comfortable with the movement.
Another way to switch-up the movement is to hold the bell upside down, having to create more tension to hold it up-right. Enjoy!
