Watch “Brennan Snatches” on YouTube


As we are looking to incorporate more exercises and variety into our routines, one of our favorites from times passed are snatches. A true snatch need to remain close to the body rather than going out and swinging. Here Brennan does a wonderful job of demonstrating a kept in close snatch, performed against the wall. The same thing can be done for cleans for individuals that like to swing out or a squat if someone is having a hard time with their knees coming over their toes.
