Sorry for the void and lack of post the last week. We have diligently been working on the second edition of our cookbook (release date set for August first although advanced copies may be available prior to this date) and on doing some extensive research. This week we hope to pick up our blogging again, starting tomorrow with Brittany’s motivational/reflective column. Next the next few weeks we will be doing some extensive looks at nutrients (carbs, fats, and proteins) and their effects and interactions with the body. Also we will be looking at milk, grass-fed/pasture-raised animals, ghee and butter. We are very excited about the upcoming posts and look forward to resuming our traditional schedule of blogs (Mondays with Brittany’s motivation, Tuesdays feature on nutrition/aging/disease, Wednesdays explorations of exercise, Thursday examination of different vitamins/hormones/etc. Friday’s featured foods, Saturday recipes with the featured food and Sunday’s miscellaneous post.
