Salmon Cakes

What’s in it:
• 6 oz salmon (run through a processor)
• 1/4 cup cheese
•1 cup cauliflower rice
•coconut oil
•1 egg
How to make it: Heat oil on medium/high heat. Combine the rest of the ingredients and shape into burgers. Fry on both sides and serve on a bed of lettuce (or even better on spinach).
