The Super Bowl is tomorrow and can be the demize of many a weight loss programs. Not this year, not you! Here is a sampler of our Body Change Super Bowl menu, enjoy!
VEGGIE CHIPSimage
zucchini
Radishes
Kale
EVOO
salt

To make:
Slice radishes and zucchini thinly. Devane the kale. Layer in baking pans. Drizzle and toss in olive oil. Bake at 400 until crispy.

imageFRIES
Either carrots or buttnut squash
Grapeseed oil
Salt

How to make:
Slice. Toss in oil and salt. Bake 425° for about 20 minutes.

imageNACHOS AND CHEESE
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chipotle powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp chili powder
Shredded cheese
Egg

To make:
Mix flour, salt, baking soda, powders and cheese. Whisk the egg. Mix ingredients together
Knead with your hands. Make dough into circle. Cut like a pizza. Place on parchment papers on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375°.

AVOCADO SPREADimage
2 avocados
1/4 cup packed herbs
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt

To make:
Blend all ingredients together.

“POTATO” SALADimage
head cauliflower
Celery stalks
Small diced onion
2 tbsp parsley
2 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt

Optional: bacon, chopped pecans

To make:
Steam cauliflower florets until tender. Allow to cool. Add celery, onion, parsley and egg. Stir in oil, mustard and salt.

CHICKEN WINGS WITH RANCH
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp salt
Chicken wings
3 tbsp EVOO
2 tbsp Basil
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup parmesan

To make:
Preheat oven to 425°. Mix oregano, Rosemary and salt. Season chicken with this. Bake for 20 minutes. Meanwhile mix remaining ingredients. Toss the chicken in this once cooked.
RANCH
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove pressed garlic
1/8 tsp minced scallion
Pinch salt. Mix all together and refrigerator.

CHEESEBURGER SOUPimage

  • Nacho Cheese
  • Beef Stock
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Ground Beef

To make:

Put cheese and beef stock in pan. Brown beef in a skillet. Add the cabbage and beef; let simmer until ready to eat.

imageCHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES
jar almond butter
2 eggs
1 cup agave
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Mint Oh Yeah! Bar

To make:
Blend butter, eggs, agave and vanilla. Next mix in cocoa, salt and baking soda. Crush mint bar and add to the mix. Pour into greased pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 325°.
