Eating is the key part of my program (90% eating and 10% exercise). I always say that cooking class is the most important thing we do. It’s so important to learn ways to prep your frig (and to realize how much you can eat!) That’s why I was so excited in December to have my first cookbook published. What a great tool to give people plenty of options. I’m starting to gather recipes for the second edition. I need some help, though, which is where you come it! I want your best recipes-your go to dishes, your family’s favorite-show me what you got. Submit to our email firstname.lastname@example.org with the title ‘BC Cookbook Challenge’ by February 19th at midnight (that’s plenty of time). Recipes will be posted on the 20th. Winner selected at random and announced on the 20th. The prize? Cookbook, almond flour, almond butter, and a variety pack of oils. Videos are more than welcome for those of you who have always dreamt of being a tv personality.
