Benefits of Group Exercise

Our cardio classes are very popular. There are many advantage to group exercise.

  • people who exercise in groups tend to be more successful in keeping to their workouts
  • make the individual more accountable,and the class provides structure.
  • It’s a great motivator in getting ahead.
  • It’s harder to say ‘no’ to workouts if you are already committed to a friend that you will workout with.
  • Likely to get pushed either by the instructor or simply other group members to extend yourself
  • good way to cross fitness plateaus
  • ‘fun’
  • socialization= interaction with other class members who share common interests is a great way to meet new people and make new friends
  • scheduled classes are good for those who like to work to a routine, and make it easier to fit into a busier schedule
