What’s in it:
Turkey
Creole seasonings
Extra virgin olive oil
Gallon Ziploc bag

How to make it:
Cut your thighs, wings, and drumsticks at the joint like in the picture. Place in a Ziploc bag season with olive oil and seasonings.  Shake the bag, make it ‘happy’ like we say in class. Leave in frig for no more than 4 days, I prefer it after 2. Take it out and grill so that it is no longer pink.
