Chicken Goulash

What’s in it:

  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup peppers
  • 1 large tomato (cubed)
  • Garlic cloves
  • 1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Chicken (whatever your portion size)


How to Make it:

Cook chicken ahead of time or begin to cook before the vegetables. Place the onions, peppers, and the garlic cloves (broken down) into a skillet to sweat down. Add olive oil and tomatoes. Once the chicken is done cut it into cubes and add at the very end. Add hot sauce and serve.
