What’s in it:
- 1/4 cup 10 Year Old balsamic vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- Ground Pepper
- Finely Ground Ginger (optional)
How to Make it:
Add one part balsamic to one part olive oil in a blender. Cut lemon in half and then squeeze both halves into the blender. Add the mustard (or you could use an egg yolk), ground pepper, and the ginger if you want. Blend and then store for use.
