Sausage and Cabbage

What’s in it:

  • Sausage
  • Cabbage
  • Ground Pepper and salt
  • Olive Oil

How to make it:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Chop up and shred a head of cabbage (fresh is best if you can get it). Cut up sausages (prefer regular sausages compared to turkey), medium sized slices. Place in a large rectangular pan. Drizzle with olive oil, crushed pepper and salt. Leave in oven for 40 minutes, let cool and serve.
