Almond Crusted Poached Egg

What’s in it: 

  • 2 whole organic eggs
  • Almonds (raw organic)
  • Coconut flour

How to make it:

Drop two whole eggs into boiling water. Let boil for 2 minutes. While eggs cooking, run almonds through a food processor. Remove and mix in coconut flour. Remove the eggs careful not to break the yolk and drizzle or sprinkle the almond flour mix on top of the egg. Place in skillet 9with coconut oil preferably)and brown on each side. Remove and serve
